ReplyDeletePilgrimage July 2011
ReplyDelete=========================
Last year we had a nice pilgrimage to Mattapalli, Vedadri, Vadapally, Mangalagiri (Lakshmi Narasimha Temple)
Since we reached Mangalagiri in the evening we couldn't make for Panaga Narasimhar.
This year we (18 of us) are blessed to have His dharshan.
I can never forget in my life how I felt blessed in His presence in Panakala Narasimha swamy garbagraham.
I recited mantraraja patha slokam continuously with my heart filled with love towards Him.
Its not a myth. Panakala Narasimha swamy drinks just the half of the panakam that is offered to Him in pots. We can hear gargling sound and after half of the panakam is poured into His mouth, the sound stops and the remaining is given to us as Prashadam. And no ants inside garbagraham.
Panakala Narasimha Swamy temple priest explained with love and devotion about the shanka shakra inside narasimha perumal devine mounth. Not in many temples you can find such devotion and patience filled priest.
To Note
1. Panakala Narasimha Swamy Temple is very very sacred place. Its a swayam vyakta kshetram.
We should keep this in mind and go there with full devotion.
2. Temple opens at 7am. Avoid breakfast on that day and have Narasimha prasadam (Jaggerry water) as your breakfast.
3. You dont have to climb the stairs and there is a road to reach Panakala Narasimha swamy temple through your vechicle.
4. Please switchoff cellphones.
5. Dont talk anything. Just say prayers and be with God.
